I have a problem with service desk sessions, lasts a short time and close, reporting a time of inactivity. Is it possible that there is a downtime for each role? how I can modify it so that the sessions will not close?
The session timeout is valid for all the Roles in SDM - there isn't a separate session timeout for each role.
You should check the web.cfg file under C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\Service Desk Manager\bopcfg\www to check the value configured for your installation.
