    The error means it cannot find the mib file from the IMPORTS statement.

    IMPORTS

      MODULE-IDENTITY, OBJECT-TYPE

      FROM SNMPv2-SMI

      TEXTUAL-CONVENTION, DisplayString

      FROM SNMPv2-TC

      jnxJsIPSecVpn

      FROM JUNIPER-JS-SMI

      jnxIpSecTunnelMonEntry

      FROM JUNIPER-IPSEC-FLOW-MON-MIB;

    All of the mibs listed in the IMPORTS statement just either already be compiled in the MIB Tools database or a soft copy of the file in the same directory as the file you are trying to import.

    So you may need to find and download the JUNIPER-JS-SMI and JUNIPER-IPSEC-FLOW-MON-MIB mibs as well.
