I;m looking for a configuration to turn off the activity log when users provide the solution for a request or incidents.
Since log solution is the ootb, we dont have any activity association.
Hi Sharath, I did some testing internally and checked on several versions of the product...It appears that this is hard coded as it is not listed in the activity association list, so I dont believe this can be turned off currently. I think your best bet on this one would be to post this as an idea here on the communities, including your use case, and folks can vote for it. Product Management can then review the idea for consideration in future versions of the product.
