XOG out from one Environment to XOG into another

We're on 13.3 and we've made a pretty indepth custom object (sub-object of Project) and another custom object as a sub-object to that custom object, so Project - Sub Object - Sub Object of Sub Object. We're looking to XOG out the two new objects, with their Processes, Views, Lookups, Portlets etc.

The issue is that since it's a sub-Object of Project, it's pulling out Project and all its other Sub Objects and data.

We found this: CA Clarity Tuesday Tip : XOG - controlling the amount of data

We've tried no_dependencies but then it doesn't pull some of the stuff we do need as well to come with it.

We've read about singleContentType but get a blank response when trying to use that method, is there a blank example we can follow?

This is the XOG that we're attempting to use for the read:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

<NikuDataBus xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation="../xsd/nikuxog_read.xsd">

  <Header version="8.0" action="read" objectType="contentPack" externalSource="NIKU">

    <!-- the contentType is used to determine which filter goes where -->

    <args contentType="job_definition" name="order_by_1" value="code"/>

    <args contentType="menu" name="order_by_1" value="code"/>

    <args contentType="view" name="order_by_1" value="code"/>

    <args contentType="process" name="order_by_1" value="code"/>

    <args contentType="object" name="order_by_1" value="code"/>

  <args name="singleContentType" value="object">

  </Header>

  <ObjectQuery>

    <Filter name="object_code" criteria="EQUALS">new_sub_object</Filter>

  </ObjectQuery>

</NikuDataBus>
