I have checked the property file and introscope.agent.threaddump.enable is also true but still the folder is not there.
Also, I have checked logs but found nothing.
The threads folder in the agent comes from having ThreadTracing enabled.
It is usually enabled when you have full instrumentation level.
To check this, see what you have in the agent profile, if you have
check toggles-full.pbd and make sure this option is uncommented
Otherwise if you have <appserver>-typical.pbl
look at toggles-typical.pbd
Normally the option would be commented out so you would have to uncomment it.
# TurnOn: ThreadTracing
It would need a restart, and also best to verify application performance before applying straight to production - because it is in full instrumentation level not typical, it is one of the features you have to be careful with.
