  • 1.  Actuals Discrepancy: Investment Currency View VS Billing Currency View in Cost Plan

    There were transactions imported to CA PPM, and then were backed out.

     

    In the Investment Currency View, the actuals shows as zero. However, there are still actuals showing on the Billing Currency View of the cost plan.

     

    Any clue if we missed on something somewhere ?

    Upon further investigation, also found that the actuals are not to be seen on the assignments (Task) screen, when TSV is weekly, but when the TSV is changed to monthly, we can see actuals

     

    Need some input .... Seems to be like a bug, but cannot remember.
