  • 1.  Agent JRE Version

    I noticed when I upgraded my DEV instance of CA RA from 5.5. to 6.1, that the JRE in the ReleaseAutomationServer folder was upgraded to Java 1.8, but the JRE in the ReleaseAutomationServer\NolioAgent folder was not.  Even after running an "upgrade agent" from Automation Studio, it is still Java 1.7. 

     

    Is this intentional?  I was going to install a stand-alone version of 6.1 to see what it installs, but thought I would ask here first.  If JRE1.8 is desired, can I simply over-write the current JRE folder?

    In 6.1 only new agent installation will use jre 8 ,upgarde agents process will not replace the jre the agent is using.
