We have installed CA TLMS Release 12.6 and IBM 7720 Virtual Tape Subsystems that support virtual WORM tapes. Has anyone installed similar hardware and is using virtual WORM tapes with CA TLMS or CA 1?
TLMS 12.6 has support for virtual WORMs. You should ensure that you have the latest maintenance APPLY'd. That will be at least RO86015. There was a conflict between virtual worms and media 9 tapes in earlier versions.
