Hi All,

We have observed that for few softwares & UPM packages job output shows empty. This is happening for random jobs and machines.

Attaching screenshot for reference. Please let me know if there is any test fix available for this.

Does the job complete successfully?

Do you have a pattern to this behaviour? Can you identify the differences between a good machine and a machine where the job output is not shown.

I recommend you to open a support case for further investigation.

Hi Varun,

SD Job Output file are stored temporary on Scalability Server under a path like C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\DSM\SD\ASM\SDOUTPUT

Then Scalability Server sends the SD job output files to DOMAIN using cfftplugin (using port TCP 4728)

Once files is transferred on DOMAIN, the files is removed on SS.

Check on the Scalability Server if there are some directories under C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\DSM\SD\ASM\SDOUTPUT

It may indicate a transfer problem between SS and DOMAIN.

Check if cfftplugin is running on the Scalability Server.
