Hi Shovan.
Thanks again for thinking with me on this.
And I could reproduce the situation where the change logo only appeared once and then got replaced by the original one.
With the information from the page/community-link you sent me
(Please find the link: https://communities.ca.com/message/241800555...)
I combined that info with the one I already got and came to the below procedure, to change the logo:
1) Prepare your company logo. For example, mycompany.png.
It is better to have this image file as a 190x37 image file so the logo can display clearly on the web client login page.
2) Rename the login-logo_190x37.png file in USS-install-folder
OSOP\tomcat-7.0.40\webapps\ROOT\html\portlet\login\images to orig_login-logo_190x37.png.
3a) Copy your company logo file into this folder and rename it to login-logo_190x37.png.
3b) Copy your company logo file ALSO into the
'SelfService'\OSOP\tomcat-7.0.40\webapps\front-office-theme\images\header folder.
4) Recycle the USS service(s).
5) Inform end users to remove/clear their browser cache/temporary files.
Step 3b is crucial in this. It will be the file that is 'restored', causing the one-time-only situation.
Please let me know your findings. Thanks and kind regards, Louis.
