I have this challenge on users not responding to closed request survey. Generally feedback is less that 20% for all surveys.
Intention is to grow this figure to at least 85% closed request survey feedback. First plan is to have SDM automatically send mails to users that are yet to respond to the survey notification on a daily basis until the survey is filled. Subsequently is to download of all non filled surveys and engage the users via calls
Any ideas on how to go about having this auto notification until surveys are fikled? Any report to download non-filled surveys?
I am also open to any suggestions beyond this to increase the survey response
PS: I am on CA SDM r14.1
