I installed the latest version of PPM on my server. (New installation ) . Not come enabled the strategic review menu and the strategic map . Does anyone know tell me how do I enable this menu?

Sounds like a custom built portlet page or object.

So unless you XOG the content across, on a new build it won't be there

It is an interesting module. You build strategic maps with indicators and themes.
