Simple question!! ^^
How can i obtain status sym on survey page?!
I try to use something like $ext_args.status but didin´t work! =(
Can anyone help me!!?
<PDM_LIST PREFIX=list FACTORY=cr WHERE="persistent_id='$ext_args.CNTXT_PERSID'">
Does not work?
Can you give me some more information on exactly what you are trying to do on this one? I am not sure I understand specifically what the need is and whats not working.
Many thanx for the response!!
I will try to explain!
Well, i have a customization that loads a page when the user clicks on the survey link, i need that, if the status o the ticket is = "RE" a page will open to execute my WebService, if ticket has status != "RE" the page will not be open!
With $ext_args.CNTXT_PERSID i can make my WebService close the ticket... i think with something like $ext_args.STATUS
i will do the condition that i need, but didint work!
I hope I have succeeded in explaining!
Thanx for the help again, Jon!!!
How do you load the page? With a button in a detail_***.htmpl page?
This page will be loaded when the user click on survey link.
I need a conditio to open this page only if the status of the ticket is = "RE".
At the top of do_svy.htmpl it says :
ext_args.CNTXT_PERSID - the object that initiated the survey request
So ext_args.CNTXT_PERSID.STATUS should do the trick?
If not consider using a PDM_LIST with the CNTXT_PERSID value as a whereclause to get your information.
The ext_args.CNTXT_PERSID.STATUS didint worked!! =(
When i use $ext_args.CNT_ID to alert the value on page the ID of the user is presented on poup up!
Im sure there must be an attribute or something that brings the status of the ticket!!
I will try the pdm_list now!!
Didn't worked whit pdm_list too!! =(
Im thinking... any attribute which says me that the ticket are not more active will help.
I try to invoke de "$args.active" but didint worked!
What does it contains? A persid? If yes pdm_list should work.
If it contains an object, you should have access to its attribute, which are case sensitive. So it's ext_args.CNTXT_PERSID.status
When i alert the ext_args.CNTXT_PERSID they brings me the persid of the ticket:
When a put ext_args.CNTXT_PERSID.status or ext_args.CNTXT_PERSID.STATUS nothing is presented:
You deserve a super cold beer right now, POssq!
I wanted to present you with one!!
The PDM_LIST really worked , the problem was in the way I was writing the PDM_LIST! =/
I put the $args.ticketStatus on a condition and evertihing is wonderful now!!
Many many thanx!!!!!
