    Ashish,

     

    1. Log into support.ca.com

    2. In the Download Center section, select Download products

    3. In the Select a Product section, check the All Products check box and then select CA Spectrum Device Based Suite - MULTI-PLATFORM from the drop down

    4. In the Select a Release section, select the Spectrum release from the drop down.

    5. In the Select a Gen level section, select the gen level from the drop down.

    6. Click on the Go button

     

    If you select 10.1 for the release and 1 for the gen level and then click on the Go button, you will see the download for GEN03100837M.exe and GEN03101143M.tar.gz.

    Hi Joe,

     

    There is no option in drop down list for CA Spectrum Device Based Suite - MULTI-PLATFORM,there is only one option regarding spectrum i.e CA event integration for CA Spectrum Infrastruture Manager-MULTI PLATFORM.

    If you do not see a menu pick for Spectrum then that is an indication Spectrum is not an option for the Site ID specified. The Site ID is seen in the upper right corner of the page. Click on the drop down for the Site ID field to see if there are other Site ID's you can choose. If so, select one of these other Site ID's to see if Spectrum is a choice. If not, then you will need to open a case to verify licensing for your Site ID.
