Hello,

I want to upgrade a Process automation orchestrator from 4.3 HF01  to 4.3 SP01.

Is there a documentation for this upgrade ?

Which programs do I need to launch ?

There are no special instructions for the upgrade from 4.3 hf01 to 4.3 Sp1.

You will simply launch the installation from Disk 1 the 3rd party installer and complete through verifying the presented info.  

I've launched the installation as you said. It's finished, but the orchestrator service does'nt start anymore

The first error is

java.sql.SQLException: Cannot drop index 'logEventforign': needed in a foreign key constraint

What is the database you are using (release and version)?

We are using mysql  5.5.47.

I think they may be a problem specific to MySQL as it does not allow ALTERs with fkeys present.

We may need to bring this up with the SE team and I would suggest that you open an issue for this.

I'll try to drop the foreign key and then the index before starting the service and I will see if it works tomorrow.

Same problem if I drop index and foreign key and restart service. As if during boot, the index and foreign key logEventforign are created, and dropped after..
