  • 1.  Location based auto assignment issue

    I'm trying to prepare location based auto assignment in SDM . Created a group and put analyst on that group . Analyst , Employee, group are from same location . In Admin->servicedesk->incident/request->area field (i.e Hardware) I've enable the auto agssignment , include the location and group in that area (did not directly select assignee and group for that area ) . Now when that user create an incident selecting that area (i.e Hardware) and save it . ticket created and auto assigned to that particular analyst's group of same location from where the incident created.

    But the problem is, ticket is not assigned to any analyst belongs to that group . Can anyone tell me where is the problem ? Please see the attachment. It is urgent .
