Operator Role is not allowed to see the alerts or the UMP portal in monitoring tool CA UIM.
Please suggest what can be the issue?
Go to Security->Manage Access Control List in IM and check if relevant permissions are enabled.
-All USM permissions(USM Basic, USM Edit.. etc.)
Can also try
->creating a new ACL as a copy of Operator. Once it was assigned to the user and the user logged back into UMP, check if you can see the alarms
->Associate the correct origins in the account associated with this acl if required if this is a account contact
