    I am trying to find CA SDM Logical Data Model but I found only the 12.5.

    is any one can share the latest one.

    Hi Mohit,

    The logical data model diagram has not changed from 12.5, thus we do not have an updated one at this time.  The 12.5 one should provide you the information needed.

    Dear John, I must disagree. The model has changed. As example: table "cr_wf", that contains Workflows for Incident-Request-Problem, new feature of version 14.1. 

    In my opinion, as a CA client, this model must be updated, adding some others tables.
