setup maileater in 14.1

I just installed the latest release of ServiceDesk 14.1 and are having trouble setting up maileater. We use exchange servers 2010 and the settings we have for our old 12.7 environment do not work to get maileater to 'eat' emails in my 14.1 environment.

these are the settings we use in our 12.7 environment

as far as the new fields in 14.1 I have

use TLS =NO and I have no certificate path.

the following error is what I see in the log

pdm_maileater_nxd    7104 ERROR        pdm_maileater_nxd.c   5009 Mailbox 100 (servicedesk_141@arrow.com@Casnao.arrownao.corp.arrow.com/Inbox) produced error during Mail Poll.

pdm_maileater_nxd    7104 ERROR        pdm_maileater_nxd.c   9597 Imap Mail: Failed to connect to IMAP server Casnao.arrownao.corp.arrow.com at port 143. Error (8) Connection dropped

pdm_maileater_nxd    7104 ERROR        pdm_maileater_nxd.c   8382  Failed to connect to IMAP server Casnao.arrownao.corp.arrow.com at port 143.
