How to Update Custom Field with Email

Hi Team,

 

I have setup CA SDM 14.1.03 on windows server 2008 R2. Mailserver has been configured and incidents have been creating/updating successfully with Email.

 

I have created a custom field (z_Occurrence_Date of Date type) on incident detail page. I want to know how is it possible to update it with Email. I am sending the Email with the following body:

%z_Occurrence_Date=08/01/2016 05:22 pm

 

But getting the following response from Servicedesk:

AHD58048:Successfully Updated Incident 142.

 

AHD58041:Invalid Input (%z_Occurrence_Date=08/01/2016 05:22 pm). Input will be ignored.
