How to configure (all possible supported in 12.9), enable and replay session recording in CA PIM 12.9.

Is still observeIT (third party tool) in use for session recording. See some pointers around SQL file-streaming as well.

There are two options for session recording you can implement in 12.9 & 12.9 SP1.

- Using Proxy Session Recording (12.9 new feature)

- Integration with ObserveIT

Or you can use PAM feature and integrate with PIM in future release.
