Unfortunately out of the box this is not possible because there is no trigger or functionality within the product to grab that info from the notification attempt, and generate an activity log entry within the ticket. Once a notification goes to the notification daemon, it is no longer tracked as to the success or failure from the ticket side. We only track the notification log messages which are just an indication that the notification was generated, but not whether it actually went out or not. That part is handled by the mail daemon.
