  • 1.  Support Automation in Unified Self-Service?

    How do i enable the chat sesión for support automation in USS? I already installed and configured SA in SDM but i can not request a sesión from USS like in the DoD machines.

    Please check if you have configured the Service Desk data source in USS as USS leverages the Service Desk features via this data source (aka webservices)
