    Hi Anton,

    If the System Agent does not start, please look into the nohup.stderr and nohup.stdout files located in the installation directory of the System Agent for any clue.

    As you are running with the 32bit version of the Agent, ensure you installed the 32bit version of Sap JCo files

    If  SAP jobs are not executed properly, look into the logs of the System Agent for any clue

    A quick note about the installation of SAP JCo from our docops server

    SAP JCO3.0 is proprietary of 'SAP Labs' only support 64-bit OS . So, Agent must to be 64-bit.

    Please review the compatibility matrix file in patch notes [ RO82940 ] :: However, this is old patch .

    SAP Plug-in latest Patch : Check with SAP Agent group from CA support . Last GAed is R11.3 SP4 Build 41 . Not sure if new patch release after (21 Jun 2016) or not ? . May some one from SAP group who is watching this thread could answer it for you.

    Note : Latest available JCo is 3.0.15 ( for .jar & .so) file;

    Hello,

    SAP JCO 3.0 support was only added with Service Pack 3 of the sap plug-in.  The GA Version of the plug-in is incompatible with JCO 3.0.  (You need to install a newer version of the SAP plug-in.)

    As others have mentioned, the bitness of the JCO must match the bitness of the agent.  A 64-bit JCO package will not work on a 32-bit agent.

    Windows and Linux are the only platforms where both 32 and 64 bit JCO packages are available.
