  • 1.  Cisco_UCS probe

    I am running an old version of the Cisco UCS probe (1.51) and recently when I went to open it I got the following message;

     

    "There was a problem connecting to the probe. Please wait, then retry starting the UI.

    Details:

    Value associated with key restarted is not of type Double."

     

    I cannot seem to open the probe at all, trying to upgrade fails for any 2.x version I try to upgrade with. I have this version on two seperate hubs and it does the same on both. Any ideas please?

    Could not find much on that but if you use raw config and make sure the loglevel is set to 5 and logsize is set to 10000 then try deactivating the probe and activating it you might get some more useful information in the logs.

     

    can also try going to %temp$ on the machine running IM and deleting everything there.
