Test Data Manager

Hi,

Other than using the portal to create a baseline after recording is there another way?
My client wants to record 24 hours of transactions, several thousands of external client requests; and turn them into a test case. I can see that the data can be externalized into a spreadsheet and the actual test case is very simple. However is there an existing way to do this - extract the data and build a test case?

If not - any ideas - I guess an SV/TDM hybrid.

p.s. they want to configure the timing of requests during the testing - flood the backend and starve the backend.

Based on the use case described it sounds like externalizing the requests (either to excel or build a custom solution to store requests as xml files on hard drive) and then read them to trigger requests via test case will be the option. Interested to know if there are any other ways to achieve this.
