  • 1.  CA and Infoview integration

    While Clicking on Report tab of CA SDM for infoview ,we are getting below error.

     

    Enterprise authentication could not log you on. Please make sure your logon information is correct. (FWB 00008) The server supplied the following details: OCA_Abuse exception 10498 at [.\secpluginent.cpp : 832] 42040 {} ...Invalid password

    Also ensure the following

    1.Trusted Principal authentication is enabled in BOXI.

    2.Shared secret is Updated in Trusted Principal.conf file located in NX_ROOT\bopcfg\www\CATALINA_BASE\webapps\CAisd.

    3.Both shared secrets mentioned in BOXI and TrustedPrincipal.conf file are same.

     

    To resolve the above error ,we have enabled Trusted Principal authentication and done required changes in Trusted Principal.conf file. Still getting the same error.Kindly help on this.

    Can you confirm for us what version of BOXI and SDM you are using?

    Hi Jon,

     

    We are using CA SD r12.6 version and Business Object X 3.1
