Hi all,
I just tested on a fresh installed CA SDM 14.1, the service type auto assignment for incident/problem/change only works when the priority is 1. When the priority is 2,3,4, and 5, the service type will not auto assign.
Is there any configuration or setting for priority 2 to 5 needed, in order for them to work the same way as priority 1?
