IT Process Automation

Hi,

I'm trying to make a process in CA PAM, that identifies that a mailbox has received a mail and with this i will use this mail in my process. My problem is how to make to the process can monitor the mail in a mailbox extern and actuate the CA PAM.

If anyone has a suggestion or method of doing this. Please share.

I think what you are looking for is a mail trigger so that when the mailbox receives an email the Process Automation process is then triggered.  You can read about that here:
