Team Center is displaying blank screen with Error

Hi Team,

 

We are using CA APM 10.2 in our environment. When i am trying to connect with Team Center it is giving me following error:

 

Error reading data from polling URL: ../apm/appmap/private/permission. Retrying in 60000ms

 

I have checked the following doc also but the properties are already defined for the rest-api properties:

I am also getting the following error in the webview logs:

Kindly help to resolve this error.
