    Is there a way to changing management module expression in APM via script. I don't see a if I could do a modification in via CLW

    No that is not possible.

    You will need to get a copy of the particular JAR file, open it up and modify the XML.

    Once modified, you can redploy the module.

          Hiko has said this functionality is not possible. Instead you need to do the above workaround. So submitting an enhancement sounds like the best next step..
