xFlow interface display inactive categories

I have added "Incident Area" attribute as field that has to be populated when the new ticket is created in xflow analyst interface. But it seems xflow interface is displaying all areas regardless if they are active or inactive. I didn't test other lookup fields to see if they show the same behaviour. Any ideas how to configure xflow to show only active values of Incident Areas and if necessary any other lookup field.
