  • 1.  xFlow interface display inactive categories

    I have added "Incident Area" attribute as field that has to be populated when the new ticket is created in xflow analyst interface. But it seems xflow interface is displaying all areas regardless if they are active or inactive. I didn't test other lookup fields to see if they show the same behaviour. Any ideas how to configure xflow to show only active values of Incident Areas and if necessary any other lookup field.

    I see the same behavior, I suggest that you raise this with support (as it may be a bug...)

    It is indeed a bug. A few cases have already been logged and SE working on this.

    Not yet. Still waiting for engineering to provide a fix for this.

    Just to keep you posted. This is the latest info I got from the engineering team:

     

    "The solution for this defect has been identified and will be included in the next maintenance release estimated to be released in Oct 2016"

    Hi,

     

    How to view Incident area from existing ticket? It is not displayed in the ticket or timeline.
