  • 1.  Is there any ways to track who had inactivated user profile at SSO Portal?

    Hello,

     

    Is there any way of tracking who had made changes/inactivated  user profiles at portal, while checking it into Clarity i can see it's updated by 'Do Not Touch, Portal Users Synch’ hence it's difficult to understand who made the same changes at Portal.

     

    Is there any way to retrive Audit trail for any profile from Portal?.

     

    Portal refer to www.ondemand.ca.com

    We don't have anything on UI, however you can raise a case and our team can get you that data.

    Hi Prakash,

     

    we are using OD Clarity as well and I have cross verified all the existing DB tables in Clarity and I don't see On Demand Portal related tables(I think it's obvious because On Demand portal is altogether a different piece of Ca System).

    As far as my knowledge goes true I doubt users who are using OD Model Clarity Application do have access to Portal Audit trial. As portal is administer by Ca team, I think it's good idea to contact Ca for any portal related details.
