Hi,

I would like to modify the names of queries for tickets on Employee home page.

Now it is like

You have 0 open incidents

You have 32 closed incidents

You have 11 open requests

etc.

I would like to make it look like this:

Open incidents: 0

Closed incidents: 32

Open requests: 11

I simply cannot find the file where I can change those lines of text on web interface.

I have checked htmpl files under Employee folder, but I cannot find anything that looks like what I need.

Hi,

Out of memory,..

This is done in the employee home.htmpl by using the <pdm_scoreboard> tag.

1/ you just want to change the table and /or content of the queries: you can do this by using the file customize scoreboard as admin --> select the employee role and modify the nodes as needed. your change will be reflected in the home page.

Note that the "You have part of the message is hardcoded. you can  overwrite it by placing a msg_cat_site.js under the site/mods/www/wwwroot/scripts folder with the content below where you replace the part in bold with the language of your choice:

__messages["You_have_%1_%2"]="You have %1 %2";

2/ you want to have something completely different: then remove the <pdm_scorboard tag> and replace with the content of you choice. You can either build your on pdm_list and reproduce the scoreboard effect. Don't see the point but sky is the limit..

Yes, your post helped me a lot and I have solved the problem and renamed what I wanted to.

The first suggestion was the right onefor me, modification of .js file
