Unified Self Service search not working as expected

I have integrated USS with CA SDM Also I have enabled Google as data source for searching. For testing purposes I have created knowledge document and published it. But when I login into USS and for example type "printer" into search field I get:



But if I press enter I get result I was expecting:




So I have two questions:

1. Why there are no immediate results when typing into search field?


2. Why Google search is not working?


Are there any additional prerequisites I didn't follow?
