Hi,

Just need to check how we can resolve below issue ?

• App A opened in a tab within a session times out due to inactivity while user is active in App B that is opened in different tab within the same SSO session (i.e. SSO session is still alive due to user Activity in App B, but App A is unaware of active status of SSO session).

Is there any way to App A can know the status of  same smsession cookie that is getting updated throught different Web Agent ?

Please clarify few things first :

Is the cookie domain same or different for App A and App B?

Is the session persistent?

What is the version of Web Agent and Policy servers?

Same cookie domain. No persistent session.  Access gateway and r12.52 latest Policy server

So what is happening now ? is the App A getting timing out ? if the cookie domain is same, then I would expect browser to submit the latest SMSESSION cookie to app A as well.
