  • 1.  CA PPM durability with SQL Server 2014 Enterprise

    Hi,

Our customer is planning to move from CA PPM 13.2 to 14.3 or 14.4. We understand that 14.3 and 14.4 are compatible with SQL Server 2014 Enterprise edition but not sure how durable it is working with the SQL Server 2014 version. Have you had any experiences using SQL Server 2014 Enterprise with Clarity V14.3 or 14.4? Are their any pain points that we need to be aware about?

Knowing this will help us to decide whether to use SQL Server 2012 Enterprise or SQL Server 2014 Enterprise with newer Clarity version.

    Thanks

    Ashish

    Hi Ashish,

If a version is tested with certain third party products it is durable.

For comparision of SQL 2012 v/s 2014, you can refer the link from Microsoft Blog
