  • 1.  Mail Notifications on On-Demand Portal

    Hi,

     

    when a notification is sent over mail by CA PPM, what derives it. Like I changed the email ID but still I got the mail notification. My user ID being my email ID as well for SSO environment.

    Did you change in PPM only, you need to change the same in OD portal also as the user details are derived from the portal.
