  • 1.  SLA Report generation scheduled

    Hello friends,

    after creating a new SLA in the portlet (SML - Service Level Agreement), as if we schedule it to run automatically for the next months?

    The probe (sla_engie) runs every day, but I need to report a monthly period that runs automatically.

    It is the tab (Calculations)?

    I tried to use the portlet (ReportScheduler), but he says he performed, but the tab (Calculations) SLA does not appear the Job Id.

    Try the following.

     

    Recalculate your SLA:

    1.Sign in to UMP and navigate to the SLM page

    2.In the Navigator pane, expand Service Level Agreement

    3.In your SLA context menu, click Recalculate

    4.In the Job Properties dialog:

    a.Select the periods as required

    b.Select Create historic data

    c.Click Ok.

    5.Sign Out of UMP

    Hi,

     

    I understand that, but I want it to continue for the period coming months automatically.

     

    For example:

    If I choose (August 01 to September 01) it is fixed.

    I want him to always perform the calculation every day first period of the previous months.


    Example: (Recalculate automatically)

    01 October, recalculate the period (01 September to 01 October)
    01 November, recalculate the period (01 October to 1 November)
    01 December, recalculate the period (01 November to 1 December).
