CA Service Management

we want to have this done (in Prod) as shown below. This is done in Test, but when same process is followed in Prod it is not reflecting in the Page.

We have added an HTML line in home.htmpl file and ran the command pdm_webcache but is not helping. Is there anything else we can do??

I assume the home.htmpl file you modified is in the $NX_ROOT\site\mods\www\htmpl\web\employee folder. Have you checked to see if there is another home.htmpl file in the folder (Employee) below that?
