    Hi,

     

    What is the reason behind delayed mail notifications to some users while other gets as soon as the notification is triggered from CA PPM?

    Hi Uruj,

     

    The notifications are stored in CLB_NOTIFICATIONS tables, you can query and see it all generated at same time. if it gets delayed there is end point email server of the recipient which could be an issue too.
