We are seeing very frequently on our app-ca.logs have below error

ERROR 2016-09-12 07:16:51,183 [http-bio-80-exec-8] service.WBSService (clarity:SSOLLECI:22974284__537B20A6-E4F8-4639-83A9-94458F80D44A:odata.WBSService.filterAndLoadFast) Unable to get load lock

Could you please help us, why we are getting this error? What is the solution to prevent this error. Thanks.

I am not aware which action causing this error. As a admin I just verified app-ca.logs in our servers. I am seeing this error very frequently.

Can you check the app-access log for the same date/time ?

The first one is saying user try to open project in MSP readWrite mode. Please let me know your inputs.
