    Hi!

Is it possible to create a .csv file from a Data Pool?  If so, what are the steps to do that?

    Thanks!

    Hi Mary,

You can create a CSV file using the Datamaker UI: Publish Data - CA Test Data Manager - 3.6 - CA Technologies Documentation

    1. In Datamaker, right click on the Data Pool.
    2. Choose 'Publish Data Pool' from the pop up list.
    3. In the drop down box in the top, right-hand corner choose 'Publish to file (CSV)'.
    4. Click the green play button next to the drop down box.
    5. Choose the submission method. (Immediate is default option)
    6. Click the green play button in the bottom, right-hand corner of the window.
    7. Browse for a folder to save the CSV file to and click the 'OK' button.
    8. A results window should show saying that the publish was successful.
    9. Go to the saved file location to verify the CSV file was created.

Please let us know if that helps or if you have any more questions.

    Best regards,

    Taylor
