    Hi,

     

    Is there a way to automatically "change" origin field into installed robot?

     

    I have installed some robots, and after a while I would like to change origin parameters for a lot of robots. But I would like to have a way to do that task automatically, e.g.  scheduling a script or create webservice command or running a task, something like that.

     

    Do you have any ideas?

    Changing origin is not a simple process and usually requires a discovery reset of some type to properly complete and merging of data which is manual.

     

    Currently there is no OOTB API do to this specifically.

     

    You could make a PU call back to change a configuration file and do this.

    Or use a webeservices call to make a probe callback2 method.
