Clarity

  • 1.  Downloading jar file from content Package throwing error 500

    Hi Experts,

    We are using ca ppm 14.3

    Created a Content Package with two jar files.

    while downloading the the file by clicking it it throws an error like:-

    There is a known bug in 14.3, fixed in 14.4 patch 3 and 15.1. But, this appears when you try to add contents to Content Packages, not while downloading a jar file.

    Hey...

    We finds out the root cause.. It was a permission issue..

    created the content pack and it is not creating the folder in the filestore because f lack of admin privilage.

    Solution:

    Windows services ---> make clarity app and bg services logon user as admin user and restart the services.
