  • 1.  Does some of your CA PAM searches takes up to 12 secs?

    Hello CA PAM Admins!

     

    We're running a CA PAM cluster of 2 virtual appliances nodes in HA mode using the configuration below, but some searches on access page takes up to 12 secs to end! Is there anyone facing this kind of problem? Did any tunning to improve this kind of search performance?

     

    Host config:

    Dell PowerEdge R420

    Intel Xeon CPU ES-2407 v2 @ 2.40 GHz

    2 Processor Sockets

    4 Processor Cores per Socket

    8 Logical Processors

    1 TB HD NO-SSD

     

    VM config:

    RAM: 16 GB

    vCPUS: 6

    Hi Ellery, Just noticed that we still have this question open. I believe this was associated with a support case that got resolved after upgrading to CA PAM 2.8. Search performance on the access page improved dramatically, by a factor or 5 or more for your use cases, in 2.8.
