I have several devices running in spectrum 10.0 . When i try to fetch the configuration file for these devices not all the devices have configuration files available. If i need the configuration file what is the way to fetch the file? Is it possible to get the configuration file from the database? Is the configuration stored anywhere in SSDB or DDMDB ?

I have checkpoint firewalls running in my environment configured in spectrum. Where is the configuration file captured for these devices when i am adding them in spectrum?

Hi Narendra,

When you use NCM to capture the device configurations they are stored in the SSdb as a model.

These models are then given an association to the parent device model.

You can see/get the configurations by selecting the host configuration tab on the device you need to see the configuration for.

Alternatively, you can also configure NCM to export each unique configuration to a directory on the SpectroSERVER when captured.
