DX Unified Infrastructure Management

Hi,

We are about to monitor some app servers, agentless. But, we got problem after added several monitors on tomcat probe. The probe couldn't be activated and shows error indicator. It is occured on all of our tomcat probes.

Here is what we got :

The log displays :

You might need to open a case with support to help but I would suggest the following

1) set the controller loglevel = 3 and logsize to 5000 in the robot.cfg

2) set the tomcat probe loglevel to 5 and logsize to 15000

3) restart and check the controller log and the _tomcat.log for more details

In the controller.log at loglevel 3 you should see the full command line trying to be executed.

try opening a command prompt and running the command manually this some times will give you some additional information.

The last two things to try would be to deploy the java_jre from the archive to the robots

last would be to add a variable to the environment tab on the controller as

Name: PATH

Value: <Blank Space>

If there is something in the environment on the system path setting the above variable and restarting the robot would eliminate this problem.

I am a friend of Okik. I run the full command after did what you said.

we got Error: Could not find or load main class com.nimsoft.nimbus.probe.application.extractbase.Bootstrap

do you have idea what it means?

we also have deployed java_jre to the robot, but nothing happened.
