It was observed today that the database application servers have all disappeared from the ‘Database’ container.
What could be the reason of it.
Kindly provide a root cause analysis and a permanent solution to this issue.
Can you please be a little bit specific? What components are disappearing?
Is it hub or robot or a connection to the DB failing?
If so, do you see any errors in any of these respective log files?
As you see in above screenshot. Database showing 0. as the devices are not showing in it. i need to add all the database devices/servers manually in it.
Automatically it is not fetching it as the product require update.
For the time being. how can i add the devices manually. please advice
