We see zero availability / blank cell on the Resource Workloads portlet when there is no non-work day on the resource calendar for the week

Nope, I am looking at the week 11/28
The resource calendar has no non-work day marked for that week, but the availability still shows blank

If its one resource, can you confirm if the calendar for that resource is marked as non work day?

Yes, if this is happening only for a few resources, then its worth giving reslicing a try.
